⚠️ The CBORD Patient app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
The app will not register me on the grounds that my DOB and MRN do not match a current admission as I sit here in my ward bed trying to order a meal. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again with the same result.

Tried several times to get this APP to work, so as not to use the telephone. APP is utterly useless. Just won’t upload my MRN details.
Updates broke this app. Utterly useless
I’ve been in the hospital 7 times this year and the app worked in January, February, and March. But now I’m back in May and the app appears to have updated and won’t proceed past the Hospital Facility ID. Staff here have tried to assist me but no-one can get it working. Dreadful thing to do to patients who are too tired and too ill to wait for the overworked catering staff to answer their phones. Please fix this asap. It’s a vital component in easing a patient’s recovery and should be given maximum priority.
Unable to use
Constantly receiving error messages and requests to try again. Repeatedly removed the app and reinstalled with no success. Why offer app if it doesn’t work.☹️
Impossible to use
I can’t imagine how you would create an app that was harder to use for a sick patient in the hospital. This app is hopeless.

Hi I have try log in with my patient ID but it didn’t match hope you do something to have current and right information about patient.

Even with patience and good IT literacy, this app’s a joke. Won’t recognize my patient details, double checked all repeatedly, deleted app, tried again 3x, even nurses agree it’s frustrating & disrespectful for patients and even dangerous when you need sustenance and can’t get it cos the app doesn’t work, and landline phone orders often ring out, nobody’s answering. When you do get a person, they’re courteous, helpful, explain items, and are clearly overworked & understaffed. When you do get meals, they’re fresh & tasty, good healthy choices. Food matters when you’re in hospital or flying! Loose the app, reduce our stress!
