Thanks I got my package the actual date given

I commend CDcare for the ability to pay in parts, it’s really helpful. But you see the part where you will receive your items once half payment had been made for it, just remove your mind from there. It’s easier for camel to pass tro eye of a needle than for that to happen. Most times you’re getting the item towards the end of your pay and it’s so sad not keeping up to what you initially told people

Why won’t you have what I ordered in the store, and make me change it something else, that’s unfair seriously.

These people are terrible. Okay first i ordered a phone and chose to pay twice. After 50% has been paid shey they ought to deliver, no oooo… they will start saying they want to verify, which would take weeks. First its your Id re-verification, then its address, then its payment card! Card that has been previously verified. These people will do everything to stall your delivery. After the hassle on first buy, i assumed it would be easier on second buy since i have verified everything. WRONGGGGG. Tell me why i was asked to go through the exact same hassle. Now i am verifying my address and they keep mailing me to update it, i have sent multiple mails and updated it multiple times still one Adesanya Oluwaseyi is sending the same email for over 48 hours!!! Their customer care agents sound like robot, not a single empathy, nothing! They act like they have no idea whats going on in the system! If you think they can help you, you are in for a surprise. These people will frustrate you! Forget Taooma advertising for them, they are terrible terrible people. Even the cost of their goods is waaaay higher than in the normal market. Terrible!

Cdcare used to be a raliable app to get an item…it became worse with you paying for an item you saw available on their platform and only getting to to halfway payment and they tell you the items are not available and offer to refund you after 10 working days. U also pay for a delivery of an item just for their agent to tell you that he will be available to drop your item for a particular time and you are not available at that time it won’t be delivered or dropped to a third party on your behalf

My experience so far with CD Care has been seem less and fantastic. They keep to their promise and deliver your goods to you once you are up 50% on your payment. I’d recommend them to all and sundry
