This terrible excuse for an app is the reason why I am changing banks. I do everything online. I run an online business and this makes it so hard to navigate things for me. Do not recommend. They should have kept the personal app and biz together like they used to have it.

It worked before the last update, now neither my wife or I can login using biometrics. And since you have to put the company ID in manually, this makes the login process slow and cumbersome.

This app is all but unusable. Always under maintenance.. biometrics does not work even when enabled.. it is hard to see how much money is there and what is pending.. I understand the old app was for some reason discontinued but couldn’t you make the new one like that, it was so much better in every way. Every time I have to use this app I want to change banks.. please fix it.

If you want endless frustration, cussing out the bank every time you try to use it, this is the app for you! I can’t even log in without inputting all my information every time. It no longer allows me to use facial recognition and I can’t copy and paste my login credentials. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I would give it negative stars if it were possible! THE WORST BANKING APP EVER!

Worst and boring app ever. I want to close my account with this bank just because of this poor app.

I wish I can give it a zero star. Worst bank app I have ever seen. Central Bank people, please look at the overall app review and do something!!!

When the app works it’s functional but every other day the app is down due to maintenance. At night app is down, at lunch the app is down. I do all my banking via the app so it’s very frustrating. And now the face sign in doesn’t work and you need your company id. I’m considering switching banks because of this poor app.

STILL will not let me use Face ID to sign in. Seriously making me think about switching banks. The camera for the mobile banking is from the Stone Age

The most recent update seems to have broken the ability to login with Face ID. The added step of entering the login id plus the username and password is not a user friendly feature. This breaks compatibility with most password managers. The activity view doesn’t include payee details and results in the need to login to the actual website to review. The consumer (non-business) version of this app is better.

Going to change banks because this app is absolutely worthless. Nice update! Lost the ability to use facial recognition. Now I have to type business id, user name and password everytime I want to log in. Love the bank but it’s not worth dealing with their pathetic app.
