Can you please give an option on reverses alarm as some old coaches don’t have to mark yes/ fail is only available can you add NA

When I first got told about this I thought great, listing a defect will be easier! How wrong was I? You go through your checks and find a fault? List it and use the vehicle if it does not affect the drivability. On the end comment box leave a note saying who to contact with email and phone number of that person , but who ever reads the report still comes back to you! Then it gets booked into a garage that don’t deal with the defect you listed on your checks, so you’ve wasted your time, the garage time after explaining the problem you’ve listed but just to top it of the garage is always more that 10 miles away from the depot! I’m wondering if Who ever reads the reports from when a vehicle has it check before going out on the road before a shift really understands what they are reading on screen!? Do they have any experience on what is what on any mode of transport? Or are they just employed to makes things more awkward than they really are? Until this gets resolved I won’t be using this app going forward! I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for wiper blades to be changed from a report I put in, the prob is my company is 24hr but yet this check safe works only with company’s who work mon to fri. In all bad all round!
