Was a great app for what it’s used for but now being logged out every time I use the app, not great

The TruTac App is a mobile system for drivers to complete daily vehicle inspections. It captures all of the information required by VOSA inspectors and provides type specific and configurable check lists for all vehicle and trailers.
Data is through email alerts and web-based reporting system, giving visibility and accurate vehicle management. Once a check form has been logged, it is automatically sent to the office to notify of problems.
Forms are easily recalled for inspections and workshop maintenance. Managers can configure checklists along with the order of completion and expected timeframe. Time stamped reports are immediately available and are stored electronically.

No good since update.
Signs you out after every use since the new update. Sort it out please. 👎👎👎👎👎
Sign In/Out
It’s automatically signing out every single time. It’s difficult to sign in every time for checks.
Logging out
This app was great before the latest update. Now the app logs me out after every use. Very annoying
Unable to log in since the update
Since the update the app not recognise my login details.
PSV Driver
The app keeps logging me out which never used to happen along with other drivers but all in all it’s a fine app
Uploading data
The app is great for drivers who have to monitor their hours by law. There is a downside to this app as, when you download your card it is always two days behind. So you are only looking at the last downloads which is always two days ago. The app needs to be updated so it updates in real time instantly once a driver downloads his card at his place of work
Poor
App is poor with continual failures makes it very difficult to use. Raises concerns about its future
Update
After downloading the new update, it won’t keep me logged in. Have to put details in every time not good.
Okay if worked
Can’t log out and keeps saying nothing to view tried uninstalling and deleting then reinstalled no help same issues
