The app couldn’t work with valid flight booking references from Delta. None starter.

Wish I could give 0 star rating went from good to absolutely horrible and the developer not reacting to reviews and feedback

At some point this was a top tier app. Now the interface is essentially a chat bot and it’s incredibly annoying and frustrating to use. Always a bummer when great apps get worse while they chase “usability.”

It used to brilliant but the developers have messed it up completely

Is it just me or has the addition of the virtual assistance destroyed the usability of this app? It seems like you can only add a trip via text dialogue. 3 out of 4 booking references have not been recognised. If you don’t press ok (in the dialogue) you can start over adding flight number and date digit by digit manually. What a drag.

Function to import to calendar is gone and that made the app cool

The new version of this app is awful. It no longer allows me to add my trips to my calendar.

Can’t fathom how a developer with a absolutely brilliant, leading app can “upgrade” it but take out all the functionality that makes it brilliant in the first place. It’s now worth a cup of cold piss to me.
