CheckMyTrip – Travel Itinerary

Finally. It now finds my bookings and adds them not shoring a variety of errors in the useless bot window. Pity it took so long to revert to a working system. Can’t delete trips from the carousel that were previously added, where it got all the flights wrong, using the delete trip text button at the bottom. Still missing all relevant data from the PNR. Who knows if it is monitoring changes closer to departure like it used to.

I cant use this app as it doesnt recognise my PNR anymore via Digital assistant. Please roll back and allow us to use the old app. Thanks

Don’t understand what service is being provided? Can’t speak to a human and the bot doesn’t understand anything. Save yourself time and money by going through the original airlines website

Since the update a few months ago, bookings no longer update and no longer show basic data such as seating. So many reviews to this effect, but the developer, a huge corporation does nothing. Why? This could be so useful and monetised if done right.

This is the absolute worst travel assistant app I have ever used, it doesn’t know anything about your trip, if anything it just says random things to make it more stressful! 0 point in using it, Stevie Wonder could plan your trip better. Do not download, do not make an account and do not put your flight details in because it knows nothing about any of it! If I could give negative stars I would, -7/10. Do not download.

Simply does not work. Will not recognise booking confirmation. Totally fails and being able to serve it’s intended purpose

I used this app for all my flights, but since the new bot upgrade this app is totally useless. Thanks for ruining what was a great app. Have now deleted

I used to live this app. But since the update it is now completely broken. After adding a trip (that has now disappeared!) everything that that I add just doesn’t display. Despite inputting and getting confirmation in the useless AI Tool nothing “added” actually appears.

This was once a fantastic app - they have completely ruined it! Despite what some of the reviews say - this is not a booking app - this is an application that will give you some information about the passenger locator code when booking via Amadeus (note - not Sabre). Instead of having a decent application that gave good authoritative information- this has turned into a lazy , badly coded , fluffy - all like the other apps like tripit for example - which gives you significantly less information than both your airline can and what it once did. Why oh why Amadeus did you kill a decent application? You removed the website that gave info and now you destroyed the application….:-(
