The app can’t load up results in 4g. Which I had the result on WiFi

The whole point of the app before was to use its flash card feature and now it just has a bunch of nonsense and asking you to subscribe when before it was free. Don’t use the app it isn’t good any more the developers have tremendously let us down.

Gives incomplete answers under the disguise of “learning”. I would hope that after paying a fee and sending it to experts, they would send me back complete answers but the literally don’t. The app isn’t worth it honestly, don’t waste your money. Your frustration will literally skyrocket , i have given up on getting answers to my practice exam questions after sending the same question 4 times and getting 2 different answers and part be unsolved in all 4 attempts.

Flash cards that I have developed over eight years have simply been deleted without warning. An absolute disgrace.

Perhaps I should be grateful to Chegg app for teaching me a valuable lesson by having demonstrated, albeit in a very painful way, never to rely on any app for information that I want to keep and be able to control. I spent three years using its Flashcards for building up my French vocabulary. The way easy to use and synchronise between the devices. Then, one day, they simply deleted everything I had in my account without as much as the courtesy of notifying me. I spoke to a nice lady at the customer support, who was very sympathetic, but ultimately pretty clueless. I ask her if she could help contact someone, who might be able to help me retrieve the information, so I could at least have it printed. She explained that she could not do anything to help and that this is part of Chegg’s efforts to rebuild the app. She also told me that she knew nothing, because as a customer support team, they are given no information whatsoever by the developers. From now on I will make my own flashcards and would recommend anyone, who wants a reliable education app to look elsewhere. Chegg is not a reliable app!

A great app and it is very helpful, but more often than I would like you get unhelpful “experts” who seem to know next to nothing or just use a ai answer. Iv also had a rude response if an “expert” telling me to research more instead of answering a question which was a waste of my time. Overall though it is a very good app

It’s deleted my flash cards, which was the only point of me using it.

Used to be a great app that I always used to revise flashcards for my studies. They have since decided to switch off the flashcard feature completely whilst they build a new feature apparently. This has been switched off for well over 3 months now. Rather than building this feature in a test environment and switching over once built as would be the normal process for any logical company when implementing a new feature that so many rely upon. It really makes you question the decision making and a decision that I believe will lead to many losing faith in Chegg and switching to another provider permanently.
