A great app and it is very helpful, but more often than I would like you get unhelpful “experts” who seem to know next to nothing or just use a ai answer. Iv also had a rude response if an “expert” telling me to research more instead of answering a question which was a waste of my time. Overall though it is a very good app
It’s deleted my flash cards, which was the only point of me using it.
Used to be a great app that I always used to revise flashcards for my studies. They have since decided to switch off the flashcard feature completely whilst they build a new feature apparently. This has been switched off for well over 3 months now. Rather than building this feature in a test environment and switching over once built as would be the normal process for any logical company when implementing a new feature that so many rely upon. It really makes you question the decision making and a decision that I believe will lead to many losing faith in Chegg and switching to another provider permanently.
Never use this app. Find yourself a better Flashcards app. Strongly advocate against ever using. After 8 years of using it they updated it and removed all my Flashcards. Three new languages I was in process of learning wiped out in the blink of an eye. Here’s a one rating so I can submit this review. It should be minus 100
I spent considerable time making decks of flash cards to help me study for a test that comes around each year. Now it would appear with the latest iteration of the app I can no longer access them. They have basically wasted hours of study I put in. So, a study aid app that has negatively impacted my ability to study. Zero points and pretty unethical to burn people’s work.
They deleted all my flashcards. Worst app ever
I was using this app for Flashcards, but it forced an update, removed all my Flashcards and replaced it with some kind of AI subscription service.
If you need a VPN, avoid this subscription. I initially got a refund for a previous subscription because I didn't receive any help for my class. After resubscribing with a VPN, the customer service is unhelpful and refuses to issue a second refund, no exceptions. I feel like I’ve waisted a lot of my time with this company.
To hear the pronunciation of a word I'm learning, I have to dig through the languages and accents each time. And even if I do it once (for a given word), it's impossible to set it up once and right so that one side of the flashcard is for a given language, by default. This app forcefully restores the language of the front side of the flashcard to match the language of the phone. To have done nothing about it for so long, the developers must have never used this app. After all, this should be the basis.
Very bad app guys over charges for wrong answers only to use AI
