The music is terrible and annoying! It ruins the whole atmosphere. Food is great.

Need a place to add extra about the order… Like no ice in drink or how I like certain foods cooked. Other than that I like the app.

Ordering was easy and paying was easy except for the fact that when I minimize the app, it logged out completely. I had to get payment information and then log back in a third time to actually get the thing paid for. Otherwise, just be ready to make your payment when you order 👍🏼

I have to keep signing into the app

It logs me out every time switch to a different app, it’s very inconvenient. Like the other day I had to switch to my text messages to make sure I was getting the correct thing and I switched he’d back to the chilis app and everything had been erased and I had been logged out.

Ordered from app, customized, & of course they got it wrong. Ordered double original burger, NO CHEESE. Came with 2 slices of cheese. Ordered side of chili, got enchilada soup. Don’t order through the app!

Tried to use a chilis gift card to pay and said could not obtain balance. Called the card number and the balance was as expected. Tried to use again and still could not same issue.

The app works fine but I HATE that if I start my order and then have to click out of the app, I have to start my order over again when I go back to the app. Sometimes I want to check my bank account or get distracted by something else and it’s annoying to have to enter my order again. Would also love the option to just buy the skillet queso by itself instead of having to get the chips & skillet queso. Would love to use my free chips & salsa coupon and then add skillet queso as a side. At the restaurant you can order the chips & skillet queso and they’ll apply the free chips & salsa coupon to that so you’re just paying for the queso. That’s not an option online.

I’m constantly logged out every time I switch to another app or briefly hide and reopen this app even for just a few seconds. Face ID would be a nice addition as well. For rewards, why can you not redeem the Free Chips & Salsa when ordering queso or guac? The Free Chips & Salsa reward should be able to at least take a discount off one of those appetizers. Or make just single a side of queso or guac available so then I can redeem a chips & salsa appetizer. There’s no need to double up on the order of chips and basically save no money.
