Hello. I have troubles with the app. I’ve entered my 2 custom packs of hieroglyphs and bought subscription for all predefined packs. I cannot start training, when I tap on Play I have black screen and that’s all. I reinstalled the app and I lost my custom packs and my subscription. Please, help me to restore my subscription and custom packs( I stored them on my device)

I’m very thankful for this app. The additional $7.99 purchase is 100% worth it. Not only the creator built an organized system where it’s easy to look for specific words, they also make it easy to group the vocabulary & practice writing in a game. I gotta say this app is the best tool I’ve found so far in learning Chinese, especially in writing. The only down side is some words keep repeating too often and some others don’t pop up at all in game practice. I hope eventually they’ll build an extensive randomness in word falling down which would include all the words I’ve chosen. Bottom line, id rate this app 9/10.

I love how the character packs are separated by HSK level and and you can choose between writing simplified or traditional characters for free. I just noticed one small glitch: In the review of characters played in the game, the link to the Train Chinese companion dictionary app isn’t working correctly. It does open the dictionary, but it searches for a number code instead of the character itself. I think the link to the dictionary is a very helpful idea, so I’d love for it to be fixed. Overall great app, though!
