CHMate: EPUB & CHM Reader

Ideal app to view chm file in, but I'm not quite satisfied with the controls. I feel a fast scroll bar would be necessary.

Would not be bad, if there would not have been bug in. When you download a book, then closing the program and you have to open again and again. I do not know how they can ask money for it. I would not buy if I knew.

Perhaps I’ll get the paid version at some point, but the UI and the layout of the books that I am reading right now are perfect

After posting a problem I was having, the Developer quickly responded. The problem was solved and now I’m happily loving this app again.

iOS 14.5 update is blocking custom fonts in CH Mate app. How we can fix this problem. Please update the app. Thanks

It’s a great app, especially when dealing with .chm files. Runs very smoothly on both iPhone and iPad. Some improvements could be done: especially more colour themes such as Sepia (cool for the eyes) and collection views of books (cover page display instead of title of the book and author’s name).

I read large chm manuals and it displays them well. Plus it is free. Thanks for making it.

Cannot search any CHM filed without the app crashing.

This app. needs to be updated and bugs fixed. You can no longer make a note on something and have it save your note. Until this gets fixed, the app. isn’t worth the time and money.
