This app has given me the confidence needed to trust my body and do a home birth. The term hypono as a Christian is not a welcoming term. But as I learned more about the app I learned it’s just scripture to dwell on. Highly recommended. I have severe anxiety about giving birth and during the end I was so anxious. I listened to this app every night and then when my water broke. Focusing on Gods grace peace and promise.
