TLC = Tender Love & Care. The last update was 2 years ago, there are bugs and inconsistencies. You can get it to work, but it’s not good. Love the organisation though, great offering.

Downloads go missing when you close the app. I listen on the way to work, but on way home when I want to resume, the downloads are all missing and you lose your place. Also, you can only listen to downloaded content, you cannot stream.

For some reason the app doesn’t show all the books we’ve bought. They all used to be there - I can’t tell when they disappeared. The website has them all but not the app

I love this app. However, there aren’t enough features. - One should be able to choose how many seconds they want the rewind button to go. It’s stuck at 30 seconds. - On my iPhone SE when I start downloading a book and switch apps, the download stops. That’s problematic for big books. - Making book categories would also be nice. Love, apologetics, etc.

Amazing website and service - especially the free monthly book. BUT I’ve uninstalled the app multiple time in frustration when trying to work with slow internet (or listen offline). Interrupted downloads show as complete - until you try listen to them. The app won’t even open offline - even with pre-downloaded books. It isn’t worth the frustration.

App works well. Good support too.

Was really amped to find this app, a rather large problem is that it won’t let me download any audiobooks. I download them, and after exiting and reopening the app it has removed all the downloads. It said that I didn’t have enough space at one point, but I have a couple of gigs free space on my phone so that isn’t true

First of all, no one will ever respond to any correspondence. Secondly, the app interface is terrible. You cannot view any book information in your library and the audio is very muffled. There is also no way to skip a chapter. also, the book will not play continuously if it is a downloaded title. This app interface needs to be completely revamped.
