Seems to crash or “stall” with regularity. Frustrating and makes me use it less than I’d like. Website is good but the app needs refinement and updates

Chrono24’s payment system is highly frustrating. You invest your valuable time coordinating with the dealer, only to have your debit or credit card payment rejected due to “security reasons”—even after your bank has already approved the transaction. Instead, Chrono24 forces you to use a wire transfer, which incurs an additional fee of $45 CAD just to send the payment. On top of that, you’ll need to pay another $40–$50 CAD for shipping. Unless you’re purchasing a high-end luxury watch, the platform simply isn’t worth it—you could end up spending around $100 CAD just on transaction and delivery fees. What a terrible payment system!

This is just a great site for the watch enthusiast to spend countless hours window shopping. Additionally , it’s fun to use as a reference site and to learn more possibly buy or sell a watch someday.

After a gut punch of leaving one of my favourite pieces unattended and having it relieved from me, I immediately sent to work on replacing it with the identical reference number. Searching for my watch and dealing with the seller from Houston, watch vault, I got the identical piece I wanted as described, and after receiving the watch within days of ordering, I took it to my jeweller who adjusted the links and now it fits absolutely beautifully on my wrist, and hopefully one day my original piece will be returned to me, and I will have two lovely watches and a story.

Chrono24 is the best platform for monitoring market prices of individual watch models and for securely purchasing watches online. I have completed four purchases through Chrono24 in the past three months. All have proceeded without a hint of a hitch.
