Most of their clothes runs big, their XXS measurements are size Medium in Asian countries. I think international consumers like petite asian women would love this brand more if there are available sizes for them. Making smaller sizes is just as important as making plus sizes!

I can’t again access the app since last week. I can’t see the clothes items. How to resolve the issue? Please. Thanks

I really want to shop at cider but everytime i open the app to check the network even though my internet is stable

Cider app can’t connect on my WIFI, it only works if use my mobile data. I hope they can fix this soon

Love the items that they sell but sometimes it’s hard for me to actually brows and buy from the app due to it always crashing. Keeps saying connect to the internet when I already am connected to one, I can even open other apps that needs internet. This has been happening since I downloaded the app and it’s suffocating me thinking the developers will fix it.

it says on the app its been shipped, but it is in customs for 3 weeks already, when I contacted custommer support they said my item is lost. what an inconvenience waiting for almost a month and they resolve it with 15% coupon

After an update last week, the app does not open on my phone. It says “Please check the network” even though I am fully connected to the internet or mobile data

pros: customer service is okay, ads are likely true and most materials were nice. cons: shipping information is not likely as shipped means leaving their site not arrival. make sure to order at least 2 weeks lead time from intended using.
