The company is really pathetic, I ordered few stuffs on the app and the delivery never happened. The order was placed on 25th Nov and today it’s 10th Dec. when I tried tracking on the track my shipment I was surprised to find that the fulfillment team has updated that I was contacted multiple times , though I never got any calls . I tried contacting on their number , but the contact center is also not responding . So overall AVOID !!!

Product quality: Satisfied - 4stars Delivery time: Less than a week after order is confirmed. - 5 stars Courier IMILE - delivery associate was so rude! I always understand the situation of every driver/rider/courier, but this guy was so different. He could have asked me politely to come down and meet him to receive my order as the lift was so busy, instead he commanded me to meet him in the lobby as he has trolley with him bla blah😔. I just received a parcel from another online store delivered by IMILE as well but the delivery associate demonstrated an exceptional customer service attitude!

This application is the best to use, the quality of the products is also good. I love it.
