Back then Face ID wasn’t such a trouble on this app. However, after some time face ID is no longer working. I kept on re-verifying my face ID recognition but after some attempts, it could not process face ID anymore. I wish you will guys open a MPIN instead of password only if face ID features will not be working continuously.

my account is verified but this bank kept blocking my account and now finally closed it. they don’t want you to withdraw from their bank that’s why they just closed my account
Their recent upgrade made it impossible for me to get my e-statements for urgent matters. And they’re saying I can’t do anything about it until they “fix” the app. Too bad for people who need these for paperwork I guess?
BANK TRANSFER SUDDENLY DOESNT WORK. I ATTEMPTED TO TRANSFER MONEY TO OTHER BANKS AND EVEN WITHIN CIMB BUT IT SAYS ITS ON HOLD AND TO VIEW TRANSACTION HISTORY BUT ITS NOT EVEN IN THE HISTORY!!! YOUVE BEEN HOLDING MY MONEY FOR 48 HOURS NOW AND I CANT EVEN GET A FEEDBACK ASAP. YOUR CALL CENTER AGENTS HALF BAKED SCRIPTED RESPONSES ARE USELESS!!!!!
Simple and very usable. The way an app should be.
I have issues with my REVI CREDIT limit from 10k to 1k which I don't know what is the reason since I've been frequently using it. I am paying on or before my due date and I have never been given an increase in almost more than a year. I have called last time and the agent told me that it may refresh in 24-48hrs due to system maintenance but up til now it never returned to my previous 10k limit. It's been 5 days.
Update your system where it can detect that payment has been made. It’s annoying rather than helping.
It seems your application needs an update. I can’t proceed with the payment on my Revi Credit. It’s been two days now. Could you please fix this issue?
