The app is constantly undergoing maintenance, and whenever I try to transfer money, the transaction always fails. I also attempted to withdraw cash from three different ATMs, but none of them recognized my card, so I am unable to complete any transactions.

Useless customer service already told them i did the basic troubleshooting and their response is to do the troubleshooting, is your customer service have reading comprehension? Atleast i tried to update my information but since customer service is not being helpful at all, im not updating anything anymore. Not my problem, i did my part reporting my issue with app and all im getting is a repeated response, useless customer service.
Please add dark mode feature. Thank you!

I contacted support because i cannot open the maxsavers account and everytime i open it sais we are still verifying your identity. The support just told me to update my app while its already updated. This is the only response they are giving me. All they have to do is verify the account
So many glitches in this app. Useless agent, doesn’t know what my status. I am ITSD and I know the process for this one, but for this, this is very poor customer service. The agent I talked last time seems unable to understand my situation and I told my problem in no technical way so that he would understand the real problem. Also the agent who handle my ticket. Obviously doesn’t know what user interface. This damn bank doesn’t check the credentials of agent, no idea of user interface? Really?
I can't click the information already updated. Cannot proceed in using the app, so inconvenient please resolve this issu
