can’t log into Apple TV need help
I’m subscribed to Cineverse and it seems okay except for all the not available in your location titles that aren’t available in my area but by far the biggest head scratcher is that I can’t log into my Apple TV app because it says I have too many accounts active which isn’t the case I have my iPhone and my iPad and I was already signed into my account on my Apple TV so their should have been no issue signing back in and for the record I’m allowed 4 sign in’s so it’s something buggy with the Apple TV app but just in case I signed out of my accounts on the phone and pad and still nothing changed on the Apple TV although I can sign back into the phone and iPad app with no problems which makes this all the more strange and this all started because when I was signed in in the beginning I was still seeing ads even though I’m a subscriber and their FAQ just told me if that was the case to simply sign back in and of course here we are today but I did just try to email Cineverse but it’s extremely difficult to even email the customer support and I still haven’t been able to get a hold of customer support to this day so maybe I’ll get a response from the review and maybe get up and running on my Apple TV because it was supposed to be the main place that I’d be watching from and I’d like to at least be able to get a hold of them but for some reason it seems to be an issue just trying to find a way to reach customer support which should be a lot easier to be honest
