hey I am using Bell Canada and just found out from you web site’s long list that my router needs the Circle Home Plus’s Compatibility Mode to pair with; but where is it on your app?

I've been a loyal user of the Circle Home Plus device for over three years, appreciating its role in managing my family's online activities without any significant hitches. However, my recent encounter with their customer service has drastically changed my view of their brand. When I encountered an issue for the first time and reached out for support, I was met with a surprising lack of competence and willingness to assist. The customer service team displayed a notable deficiency in understanding their own product, which was both frustrating and disappointing. Instead of receiving proactive support, I found myself in a loop of unhelpful interactions. Compounding the poor service was the unexpected and frankly insulting request to provide photographic evidence to substantiate my claims, as if I needed to prove I wasn’t fabricating the issue. This approach not only questions the customer's honesty but also undermines the trust and respect that should exist in such interactions. In summary, while the Circle Home Plus device itself has been beneficial, the quality of customer service has severely tainted my overall satisfaction. For a company that specializes in family-oriented solutions, one would expect a more understanding and supportive approach to customer interactions.

Bro this app sucks. I would cuss y’all out but that’s not allowed. If you’re a parent reading this, your kids will bypass this in minutes, but the trust will be broken for much longer. Communicate boundaries instead of being over controlling. Seriously terrible app. Who is y’all’s boss???

Nothing but issues for the time we had it. Sometimes it worked most times it was a pain. Slowed down the home internet. Teens were able to bypass it on everything. It would be good for younger kids who don’t know how to work stuff well. But I’m cancelling now as my younger kids are now able to bypass it.

So this parental control is the spawn of Satan and this parental control is bull and I don’t know how you guys can sleep at night knowing that some kids relationships with their parents have been absolutely destroyed it’s ridiculous and one time my dad paused my Internet for a week (bc he forgot to turn it back on) and when he turned it back on…. I couldn’t go on YouTube it is completely blocked still to this day EVEN YOUTUBE KIDS and I kid you not my parents don’t know THIS👏APP👏BLOCKED👏YOUTUBE 👏ON👏ITS👏OWN👏. MY PARENTS HAVE SAID “oh I sent you an animation tutorial on YouTube you should watch it” AND THEN A WEEN LATER THEY ASK “did you watch the video” AND I HAVE TO LIE. “Why?” you may ask BC MY PARENTS TERIFY ME THEY HAVE STATED MULTIPLE TIMES THAT WHY CAN AND WILL READ MY TEXT MESSAGES TOWARDS ME AND MY FRIENDS WHAT DO THEY THINK IM TALKING ABOUT, DRUGS?! So in conclusion…. delete this app off of your platform or I will find you and make you scream like a little girl and cry for your mommy. -Thank you for coming to my ted talk💀

Good and have it for many years but app needs an update as it’s slow to scroll on latest iOS

Oui l’application permet de belles fonctionnalités. Mais NON elle ne permet pas un contrôle aussi exceptionnel qu’elle le prétend. En fait, un ado moyennement débrouillard trouvera aisément comment le contourner. Et en le contournant, il appliquera des solutions informatiques qui peuvent mettre à risque votre réseau internet! On appelle ça créer un problème en tentant d’en régler un autre!

This app is absolute torture. It destroys your happiness. As a teenager, I believe that I should be allowed to at least be able to watch some decent, funny videos on YouTube. But no, my whole life, my parents have blocked all websites related to entertainment and videos. Meanwhile every single kid at school watches YouTube or goes on TikTok and things like that. Everybody at school talks about things online; they all say “new words” that we’re made up online. So when a kid like me goes to school and doesn’t know what anybody is saying, I feel like trash. You would think his wouldn’t be such a huge problem, but it is. Since I never know what anyone is saying, I just don’t say much at all because I am afraid I will say something dumb and get laughed at or something. I have speaking problems because I was always to scared to say anything. I hardly have any friends because people consider me quiet/boring. This app has caused more pain and suffering than you could ever imagine. Just for watching some funny videos on Youtube, I get punished. This app causes overprotective *crazy parents* to get out of control and become 1000 times more annoying. Unless you want your kids to hate you, DONT GET THIS APP. Not getting this app = No depression, speaking problems, or lack of friends and happiness Circle🥊😡🤬😡😡😡😭😭🤬🤬😵
