Circles - Mental Health

This app did not help me at all. You’d do better spending your money with an actual therapist. I unsubscribed but they keep billing my account so now I’m about to change my card number since they won’t stop!!!! Don’t download this app!!!!!!!

As of yesterday June 26th 2024, I cannot open app except to a blank screen. Sent email for help. I paid in full; began in April 2024 and subscription ends in March 8th of 2025! I haven’t received any response so I canceled subscription. Also it began as a trial and automatically went to pay in full at top price without warning. As I heard of less expensive offers and monthly payment offers. I used this platform as I cannot reach you!

I really liked the original app design (purple / blue) rooms and all. It was more playful and good energy. This new brown-ish / beige design is kind of depressing lol - but great app, really a fan of what you guys offer!

This app WAS a good space ,, the people were wonderful but then corporate got greedy NEVER gave any of us a heads up and forced subscriptions on everything on app,, not everyone could pay that’s why the Free part was a godsend,, but we were NOT told this was happening and people were blind sided,, triggered a lot of people who have narcissistic people in their lives and then have the app do the same thing,, cruel and indifferent,, sad sad time when they hurt people like they did,, impacted mental health of everyone dependent on connections in the app,, not everyone could even afford the discounts they offered only if they were contacted,, RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

They show having meetings during the day. If you sign up there is a good chance the counselors won’t show up at their own meetings. When they do show up, they won’t contribute informative information, you will here stupid questions and then, sorry. Very disappointed.

Provided them several screenshots of having paid for and subscribed to their premium and instead of helping me when I was getting errors through even their app saying I have a subscription they just argued with me. Asked them to delete my account. When someone is already struggling with things this is the last thing they need to deal with. Reaching out for help and then spending money when you’re in a difficult situation to just have to argue with customer support is awful treatment.

I was a guild on circles til they started charging people to come into there rooms i dont like the fact that we have to pay to go into peer guilded rooms, it was working fine with how it was

This app has brought me new meaning to friends and relationships and healthy relationships above all else. I’m not only met brand new people around the world, but I have met incredible people with stories that I can take with me and share with them what God can do in their life just like God has done in mine. God is a healer but it would sometimes do you feel completely it takes Peers. And I definitely found a great group. Thank you very much circles. I also gave 100% of my time being a guide and helping other individuals through life experiences. It is such a joy to know that I have made an impact in someone’s liffe journey. I pray for the people on this website that they find healing through the blood of Jesus Christ

Entire app is now paid. Used to be peer support groups but now it’s all so called “therapists” with NO PROOF or verification of credentials! Completely cut off many support networks with no warning or explanation!

I’ve been using this app over a year and it was great. But now that they have so many people they’ve done the switcheroo and made it so that you have to pay for some of the better rooms like divorce, grief, etc. I’m deleting the app.
