Pay for your laundry with your phone.
Make doing the laundry less of a hassle with a mobile app that's as easy-to-use as our washing machines and dryers! The Circuit Laundry Plus app* lets you pay for your laundry in seconds... just turn up at your nearest Circuit launderette, load your laundry, choose your machine and payment method, select the programme you want to start - job done!
Once the washer or dryer gets going the app also gives you a countdown** that tells you how long there is to go until your laundry is done.
* Please note that your Circuit Laundry Plus app account is separate to your laundry card account you access from the Circuit website. Sign up is not required for the Circuit Laundry Plus, but does offer additional features such as seeing current room availability and account funding. Balances from your laundry card cannot be transferred to your Circuit app account and vice versa.
**The app will rely on your phone having a wi-fi, 3G, 4G or 5G signal inside the laundry room to activate the machines and also to see the countdown on the cycle if you leave to do something else while your wash completes. As long as you're connected, you can see how long is left on your chosen cycle and get on with other things instead of waiting in the launderette.
By downloading this app, you agree to the following T&C's:
You accept that you have a non-exclusive licence to use the app. You agree not to copy the app or infringe our intellectual property rights in the app.
The minimum amount of top-up credit you can buy is £5.00. Your payment will be processed through a Payment Provider and Circuit will not hold any card details.
You can apply for a refund of part-used top-up credit by emailing us at [email protected] with details of registered email address, the date of the in-App purchase, the amount of credit purchased, and the amount of credit to be refunded. No refund will be given on balances of less than £5.00. Refunds will incur an administration charge of £3.00, which will be deducted directly from the refund value. Refunds will be made using the payment method used for the purchase. No refund will be processed for any free credit or voucher top ups. Unused credits will expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Please see our website www.circuit.co.uk for more information.

I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN
I spent £8 on a faulty machine, the money was gone the first time, I came back and half the clothes were soaking wet, the other half was dry. Tried again and stayed with it, the machine wasn’t even spinning so I had to wait another half hour to open it. I’ve been busy with uni work to apply for the refund and a few DAYS later they say it’s too late to get my money BACK. ? Not only did I lose my money, I didn’t get a wash, and had to pay again elsewhere. This is fraudulent behaviour done by a criminal mastermind… I’m convinced.
Possibly the worst app of all time

Awful app and awful customer service
Reported a fault through the app and they emailed me and I emailed back multiple times saying I just live here and cant do anything about the maintenance and to contact the accommodation, they just kept telling me it was a connection issue (which it was not)!!!

This app has to be THE buggiest and trashiest I have ever had the displeasure of using.
All round awful experience
How can something that’s so simple be excited so badly. From depositing money to my account and the usability of the app it’s all bad. App crashes every time I open it and the timings of when it says the washing is complete is wrong all the time making it pointless. There is no benefit to having a service that uses this app.

How is it that an app this bad is no longer being developed to fix the many issues it has? Last update was over a year ago which definitely should not be the case

No good. Always forget my card information I start the program after 10 minutes coming program is done. Always freezen and log out... No good
Worst app in the world
If I could give this zero stars I would. The app just does not work properly neither does the website. I don’t know who did the code for this but it’s horrible. Firstly the top up is just so annoying because there is always a problem. Either the “card is wrong “ even tho I have been using the same card for a year. Also it constantly logs you out and asks for so much details just to do laundry???? Why can’t an easier solution be implemented like a simple tap system on the machine!?!! I’m just so tired and fed up with constantly having problems with this. I come back from lectures exhausted and just want to quickly do my laundry but it turns into me having to get to a point of a mental breakdown trying to get a top up. This is also not just me all my friend have been experiencing some issue with the app or website. Pls fix it!!!
