Do not use this if possible it barely works at all and only sometimes and will do everything possible to steal your money

Horrible app. Something always goes wrong and leaves the app loading for over an hour before I give up.

They make you put a minimum amount of money on the app to do laundry and if you don’t use it all, they won’t refund it if it’s less than 5 euros (and they charge a 3 euro fee if it’s more than 5). It also expires in 12 months and you lose any money left. It’s theft. Sure, only a couple euros for me, but if they steal a couple of euros from everyone using the app, they get rich. Their laundry rooms have no way to pay without the app. If I ever come back here I’ll find some other laundromat.

I never write reviews so my awful experience has really compelled me to want to write one. It’s extremely buggy and the machines are also too strong that it can really wear and tear your clothes like putting in holes, which I know they won’t compensate me for. The payment issue is ongoing it’s like they can’t solve a problem to save their life. I always have to use PayPal instead of just using my credit card which is annoying and on top of the prices… but the worst has to be their refund policy. They require an administration fee of £3 and then they won’t issue refunds less than £5… so you’ll just have money sitting in their for them to use like a bank and then they won’t let you refill your account for anything less than £5, like what if I needed exactly £4.20 or something to be able to fully use my balance?? The fact they have a minimum top up (which would be fine if they gave you refunds free with no minimum balance required) but CHARGE you for a refund and then require you to have at least £5 remaining is just awful. I don’t know how they are functioning and get shut down.

As the other review says circuit laundry is consistently a displeasure to use. Their machines constantly break, their app hardly works, the pricing is insane.

I never write reviews on apps but this one is so bad I had to change my ways. It crashes constantly, glitches and loses your money, and service is no help. If you’re building uses Circuit Laundry I feel sorry for you. Shame on you Circuit Laundry.

Please note that their add 5 min feature is charging £1.30 not 20p. If you don’t catch this within 48hrs they refuse to give refunds.

Poorly developed app that hides near nonfunctionality behind a veneer of sleek UI. A terrible app for a terrible service.

I’ve used multiple laundry services throughout college, and this one is, by miles, the worst. I’ve had multiple articles of clothing damaged, prices are simply criminal, and machines are often broken. I’ll do one washer load that doesn’t even get my clothes damp so that the detergent just stains my clothes, another that drowns my clothes, and I’m left with detergent stains and 3 60 minute rounds of drying, after which my clothes are still damp and I have to hang them up in my room. This is so poor. With no prior experience, I believe I could implement a better business model…how would I do that? If I wanted to **** people over, I would go right on ahead as Circuit has and laugh. If I wanted to run a service that helped people, I would tell customers to go elsewhere if possible.
