- Inconsistent security UX: the app frequently refreshes and forget your device/credentials (painful process for those who don’t remember their passwords and rely on Face ID) - Inconsistent features: certain pages such as priority pass ID are hit and miss between sessions - Bad design elements: Too many unnecessary touch points to common functions like viewing estatements (this is also not intuitively linked to transaction history and have to be navigated via the main dropdown) Overall bad design, consistency and experience.

After updating the app, it's completely useless now. It keeps freezing, and I can't do anything at all. Every time I try, it just says 'Error.' Totally frustrating! So, I had no choice but to delete it and reinstall. But now, after reinstalling, I still can't log in. I enter my card number and birthday, and the app throws up another error message. I tried to contact support, but the only way to email them is through the app — which I can't even access! I've called so many times, but all I get is some useless automated response that doesn't help at all. Is there ANYONE at your company who can actually help? This is beyond frustrating!

I sent requests for Citi support since 7:09 with multiple messages from me and no response from Citi. At 16:28, a Citi officer finally responded. At 16:30, the officer said I had not responded for some time and closed the chat! Customer service is horrendous.

Broken journey in call option and no self help nor agents 👎🏼

Why do you even have a hotline or local phone number to even call. Is your phone even working properly. Been trying to call no less than 50 times these few days as I have a transaction reflected in Thai bhat instead of Singapore and overly priced also. I booked Ethihad seat for 2 persons and it’s still showing pending from last 4 days ago. Moreover billed 4 times and the total transaction for 4 seats is reflected as pending until now. How to contact you like this. Planning to better cancel the credit card and go for local banks where I can meet real customer service.

Please fix it, got the app on my New phone and they popped up a screen, with no off option to not subscribe to notifications. I’m in the marketing field and this is illegal. Come on, do better
