Sangat perlu banyak perbaikan untuk penggunaan applikasi citilink. Sekali pesan extra begasi atau seat, ternyata tidak bisa di batalkan walaupun belum pada pembayaran.

One-star just for the fact that there’s no quick access to your boarding pass after your online check-in, other than enter in your booking code again

Absurd. Impossible. Incompetence

Hopefully the aircraft fly better than the app works. Joke of an app for an airline in 2023. Very poor workability

apps looks like it was built with untested features. - some of the UI/UX and features arent intuitive. - sometimes paying for tickets is reallh smooth, until the payment page which cant be done no matter which options i choose. - looking for flight details (boarding pass) was troublesome, you need to do a check in to see your boarding pass and screenshot it yourself, it is not saved in the cache at least until D+1. - flight miles is automatically added IF YOU PURCHASE THE FLIGHT ON THE APP, but claiming flight mileage gives no confirmations, whether it is accepted, rejected, or pending for approval. which is very helpful. - at least i can check in and check ticket price easily with the app.

Error terus

This App doesn’t work. Unable to register for mileage program. Deleting.

My app is now unusable. I have tried deleting and I keep reinstalling the same corrupted app that no longer works.

Boss… Sebelum launching aplikasinya di test dulu, biar gak kecewa pelanggan. Kalo emang gak niat, gak usah buat aplikasi. Via website aja. Udah pesan, tapi gak bisa bayar. Stuck di payment mode.

This app just does not work, I can’t book a flight, the navigation between menu is horrible and confusing, user experience is bad, you need to do a lot for simple task like check in, the information for my upcoming flight is not complete ( I couldn’t find which terminal my flight is ), and much more, very very unexpected experience to have an app this bad from a Citilink
