I was in a situation where I didn't have my card on me and the car park in question was mobile app only. How are people meant to pay without Apple Pay? Who knows their card number off by heart these days??

WHO designed this app? It does not show you any prices etc.

Doesn’t sync with free parking i get from gym and there’s always a queue at the clements road payment booth, I’ll end up paying extra just for the queue

The problem with technology is that it’s a great idea when it works. This app wouldn’t recognise the car park in question, or any other one for that matter, leaving a queue curving around the entire car park waiting for one ticket machine to enter it manually as they’ve removed the rest. What a stupid idea

Over priced dark, dingy carpark. Really narrow corners when getting your vehicle up or down the floors. If you arrive and have not downloaded the app you need to do this before you can pay as that’s the only means of paying. I would not use this carpark again.

They just look for any opportunity to rip you off with sending 100£ penalty charge via Baysentry Solutions. They are separate companies but member of same species! If you don’t want to have trouble and spend hours to appeal and then escalate it to ombudsman and then even court stay away from this company. They only thinks money and treat customers without any mercy and understanding. Zero customer satisfaction. I was sent penalty charge despite paying car park fee. Better stay away for peace of mind.

Just a data miner. Requires bunch of useless into unrelated to parking. Doesn’t even support Apple Pay. It’s actually easier to just park somewhere else with an actual machine

The date selection for prebooking seems to be grey on grey, so you can’t see what date you’re picking, worked out how to do it by guesswork for last night’s parking. I think it’ll just be easier to find a different carpark to use.

Downloaded this morning to use today. App completely frozen on verify page. Can’t remove it to reload it. No idea what to do next.

With an iPhone X in dark mode, the date month and year on the pre book screen are blank and you cannot see a date. Switching back to light mode or automatic resolves the issue. But I prefer to run my phone in dark mode. Is this a bug or just my phone?
