We really enjoyed the hotel. The lobby was fantastic and the people were friendly. The location was excellent

if i already paid in advance i expect to got straight to my room without any hassle this livation has security who was quite rude id rather skip interaction with rude employees and go directly to my room

What a fantastic stay! Loved our room, the tech on our phones to control everything - and the view was the best! Everyone who helped us - Erma, Sara and the people who helped us at the bar, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Looking forward to staying here again and trying some of your other locations too.

The room is laughably small. But we can see past that. We dii it don’t have black out blinds and called the front desk on 11/10/24. We said we would be fine until the next day and they thanked us and said someone would come look at the room while we were out and about. No one came so 11/11/24 we went to the front desk and told them again and they were surprised like no one knew and said it was honestly believable the blinds were just missing and someone would replace them or get us a new room that day. When we asked again that night again they were surprised and we're on vacation and just dropped it. We asked our room to be cleaned twice and it was only cleaned once. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and we were happy there

First time using the app, no glitches and everything you can do in the app they offer it on an iPad in a room!

All rooms and Services were excellent. Suggestion, wash cloths, for at least American tourists, and about three times as many hooks to hang things in the rooms. Not enough easy access storage areas. The staff and the services are nothing short of exception. The food in the morning was great and the coffee service was always the best.

I downloaded the app and entered in my booking info. The app initially found the reservation but for some reason, it disappears. I’ve tried this many times. I can’t spend any more time on and it doesn’t make me hopeful for the stay, since so much is entailed in the app.

It’s a better option to just go ahead and get the app before coming to a citizen M. Checking in was bing bang boom easy. And the app works just like the in room iPad, which does a lot too so it’s just nice to just have it right there on your phone you already will be using.

Amazing stay. Hotel is up to date. Check-in is easy. The Staff in the Hotel are exceptional. The CitizenM app, is wonderful. You can check-in, check-out, even control the lights, use the tv, order food, chat with help desk, see the highlights on you area. Love the hotel, love the Staff. Definitely will recommend to my Family and Friends to stay in the Hotel. Boston north station, location is one of the best Ive been so far. Train is like 1-2 minutes near the hotel, even a Food Hub.

The ability for a completely independent check-in process is incredibly cool. I had everything sorted before we arrived to the hotel… all I had to do was pick up a key card and hold it to the back of my phone for it to be programmed and able to open our room door. That's so futuristic and amazing to me. What a cool brand they've built and such an immaculately designed app to complement the overall experience. I've never seen a hotel app that's so sleek and minimalist in terms of bloatware but also perfectly functional and innovative at the same time. Truly well done to the software engineering team -- amazing work!
