Error while purchasing

This game is good, you need to invest some time to arrange your buildings correctly so you can advance. Everything was ok until there was a promotion to buy house cards at a reduced price. As in the game I was behind at that category I wanted to make the purchase. I received an error that the purchase did not went through. I tried again, same message. After few hours I tried again, same error message. I gave up and I said to myself that I can play without that pack also. But then I checked my email and I had payment confirmation for all my purchases. I tried to report the payment but they sent me to the game. In the game I wrote in the are Contact Us, where by the way you cannot see what you write only after you send the message. And after 10 days from my message I received an answer that due to one technical error they cannot confirm my purchase and I should report the payment. Which I tried already like I wrote above. So it’s kind of stealing my money. Which I believe is the worst thing these guys can do. Please be aware of any purchase in the game.
