Their support tells you to talk to an airport “ambassador”, the airport agent tells you to contact support, and you walk in circles while being charged $200. Absolutely terrible!

I am unable to use the app because it deletes my password when I go to login. The password recovery through the website is not working. The service might be great, but I can’t make use of the app. I can log into the website with my mobile phone and it texts a code to my phone.

At IAH Clear is consistently slower than pre-check. With all the technology, I typically have to scan my boarding pass at 3 checkpoints, scan eyes, plus sometimes present government id anyways at TSA counter. In contrast if I skip clear, only have to scan ID once and no boarding pass. Wife doesn't have Clear and beats me through the line every time.

Just used clear at Newark airport terminal C and was blown away by the friendliness and the energy of the clear ambassador. Do airport is empty and cold but this man was a ray of sunshine and energy. Grateful for the good vibes and quick service . Thank you clear!

Line moved significantly slower than the standard line. Not even close. Scam in broad daylight

Clear is just an extra step on top of tsa security. Just get precheck, it’s at every airport while clear is not. It’s almost the same price and provides no benefit above precheck. Please research both options before wasting not only your money, but also your time (which is what we all want to save by doing this right?)

I use CLEAR and it is Truely fantastic! No lines, no hassles. I use it in NEW YORK, ATLANTA, and LAX. I save so much time it is worth every penny.

Several times tried to login only to be met with a spinning ball. I’m not sure what the point of this app is? What’s the value presented to the customer? Just so I can add my membership card to my Apple wallet? Developer response would be appreciated on value and problems with this app.

No tech support. Tried to scan my DL to add like 50 times on black, white you name it background but app won’t take it. Useless

I have installed and uninstalled several times and I log in, the screen makes a blip and then never logs me in. I don’t know what the problem is.
