Absolute joke. Help line is got nothing to do with helping customers. Every time it’s an issue with app or charging station they can’t support. They words are “it’s been reported and someone will call you but don’t know when. Don’t bother with them, waste of time and money. They don’t have a clue about customer service!

I’ve tried one clenergy charger over 30 times over a 6 month period but it has never once worked, despite discussing with customer service (who were clueless). I know public ev’s are a bit hit and miss but that’s a joke

Keeps saying password doesn't meet expectations. Tried everything. The. Card payment error too. Tried 3 different cards. Never again.

Can’t login to the app. Tried two different email address registrations. Neither works. Just use the guest option through chrome

The app is very poor. Doesn’t work have tried to register and I have clicked the email link and nothing happens, keep getting to the same page on the app. Can’t use it at present. Poor

I’ve never had a problem using the Clenergy EV app. There’s loads of available charge points, the process is easy, and I was able to call in to their helpline when I had issues at one of the points. Good work imo

Tried to use the charger at the lighthouse brasserie car park near the mumbles. I downloaded the app and then followed the instructions on the charge machine. The company took £30 out my account but didn’t charge my car. I then called the phone number for help. No apology or acknowledgment of being charged for no power. The man who I spoke to then wanted my bank details again to charge me twice and then blamed my bank for not being immediately refunded for the first time payment! Very complicated system and bad customer service… Don’t use!

Tried topping up. Says thank you but doesn’t add cash to account. Tried adding bank card and using payg instead. Says “preparing” to charge but doesn’t. I’m a two year Tesla owner so I’m sure it’s not my inexperience. Really frustrating

Not sure if the issue is the app or their network of chargers. But recently I’ve been unable to charge my car (tried various clenergy chargers). Remains on the plug in car an charging will start shortly. Sometimes unplugging and trying again works. But sadly affected again today. Connected for 4 hours with 0 charge. Good job I had enough power to get home. Had worked well previously, including same charger used today. Sort it out Clenergy.
