why isnt sd card formatting
the sd card used to format properly and use internal sd card for recording. why is it formatting. why should we use cloud when sd card available. i want full refund on same
No notifications
The app notifications are not working at all now! Please, please provide a fix ios17 Tried with different devices. Update: April 2024 The developers have updated the app last week, and introduced a bunch of advertisements placeholders everywhere. But so many requests on making the notifications work are being ignored Please pay attention to the so many reviews. This should be very easy to fix.

Suggestion
Very nice app , but I suggest you to add fast forward button while playing the recorded footage. And also you may add playing speed to watch the footage
Cheating | Fraud | Expensive | No Use
It becomes useless now as I can’t see recording without purchasing thier cloud subscription with is more than $10 per month.
Cloud storage always crashes
Whenever i open the cloud storage it crashes. Movement detection misses most of the time. Humanoid detection fails No option for fast forward and rewind.
Speaker feature is missing
Used to be an amazing app and product. With the latest update. Speaker feature is gone. can't hear anything from the other side *Update* Thank you for fixing the issue. 5 stars for the app and product 👍
Great Utility
I own three units. Out of that one is working for more than three years day and night. Never switched off. Easy installation and easy usage. I can monitor three locations from anywhere in the world. Thanks to cleverDog
Offline notification feature missing.
Both the camera and app is awesome but one critical feature of having offline notification is missing.
