Too many ads

Use to love this camera and app. Recently, you have to watch multiple ads before you can view your cameras.

All the want to do is shove advertisement down your throat. The app is barely usable for the camera anymore. Try using NetVue they done have ads

Downfall of CD

They’ve ruined the app with the unnecessary ads. Cloud is not worth the price and there are many other cams out there with better quality and functions. Would not recommend anyone buying from this brand.

A good thing ruined.

I’ve had these cameras for years and they’ve been excellent. Unfortunately that has all recently changed. The app has been overtaken by horrendously distracting ads that are nearly impossible to clear from your screen. The cameras are no longer usable for monitoring anything because of the overwhelming ads. I have three of these cameras and and they are no longer usable. It’s a shame. What happened?

Useless.. and Don’t Click the X

I’ve had this system for 7+ years. It used to be okay once we got used to it. Now it’s almost unusable. You just get ad after ad. Don’t click the X or you will be punished with longer ads. 4 minutes of ads and I have yet to see my camera. It defeats the purpose of having a security system.

App Spammed with Ads now

Bought this camera years ago, been using it regularly with no problem, until recently when full screen ads started popping upon opening the app that are difficult to close. We paid for this product, shouldn’t be bombarded with full screen ads. Unfortunately am going to look for a new alternative now.

ADS before viewing feed

All of a sudden you have to watch several ads before you can check the camera. This is not only annoying, but hazardous. We used to use this as a baby monitor, but that isn’t possible anymore. Remove the ads!

DO NOT PURCHASE-APP FILLED WITH ADS!!!

We have been using clever dog for years and have bought 4 of their cameras. The app changed this year and we can’t even get to our security footage without being bombarded by a million ads. It is ridiculous and now we have unusable security cameras. It’s so upsetting!!!

Ads = Worthless App

This app used to be okay — never great — but it’s absolutely worthless now due to the addition of interminable ads. It takes forever to even get to the main page. I’ll never buy another Clever Dog product again.
