Click&Boat – Yacht Charters

What a scam! I had rented a boat for 415 EUR including a bad weather cancellation. On the morning of the trip the boat owner cancelled due to bad weather. I agreed to the cancellation thinking I'd get a refund, I did after all have the insurance. Well it's been three weeks now, my money is gone, I didn't get to go on a boat trip and Click and Boat hasn't answered a single one of my messages. Stay away from this scam.

Once you’ve found boats and added them to your favorites, it’s hard to view your favorites because the app seems to involuntarily grab one and go into that one favorite. It’s hard to actually scroll down through your favorites and click the favorite you want to view. Sadly this glitch has been around for a while and remains unresolved. Time to get it fixed!!!

I just rented a boat. The owner cancel the trip. And then I receive a email from click and boat (should be click and bait) that $69 service fee of the 300 rental will not be refunded. That I have 90 day to book another boat an get the fee back. That is highway robbery!!! Please do not use this app ever again!!!!

They messed up. They’re keeping our money. It’s a French company. We spent 3 weeks speaking to a C&B rep who found a boat to our specifications. We paid for the boat. Then found out from the owner it actually did NOT have what we requested. They said they would refund that amount. We paid for another boat that was what we needed. It’s been 5 months now and they haven’t refunded us the $3k we paid for the wrong boat. The 2 stars is only because the second boat was great. But it’s not worth paying double when they mess up and won’t refund.

The platform is good but the app is a disaster its full of bugs and its not efficient

The app will freeze at random times and the prices are so much more expensive than in person. My advice is go to a station in person or call ahead to specific places that will give you the boat themselves without this middle man app jacking up the price

We paid in full for a boat trip in St Tropez. The Capt texted the night before to cancel and he said he notified ClickandBoat so we would not be charged. Their policy says if the provider cancels it is a 100% refund. However, that has not been the case and we are still waiting on our refund. Be cautious.... Clickandboat and paying thru their app has nit been a good experience.
