Such a great app with personalized customer service that was attentive and anticipatory.

Beware.... so far they haven't stuck to their policy

We paid in full for a boat trip in St Tropez. The Capt texted the night before to cancel and he said he notified ClickandBoat so we would not be charged. Their policy says if the provider cancels it is a 100% refund. However, that has not been the case and we are still waiting on our refund. Be cautious.... Clickandboat and paying thru their app has nit been a good experience.

Renter Beware / No Trust In CB Platform

May 7, 2023. We did not get the 35' Grady White center console that was advertised, and we paid for. Rather, we got a 30' boat that did not have open bow seating. It was not in great shape and did not have enough seating for all of us. It was also advertised we would have "included Food & drinks Alcoholic Beverages Snack Water Soda Hamburger Chicken Chips." There was just bottled water. I requested a $150 refund from the owner and Click & Boat. Both denied the small request to make things reasonably right. CB said I should have denied the boat upon my arrival and requested a refund. Yeah right. I drove 40 minutes to the marina after packing up our kids and dogs for an hour before. You tell my kids and wife we just wasted a half day going up and back and no boat. There were no reprecussions for the boat owner. CB sent me an email to give the boat owner a review. I clicked on it and searched to find where I could give that review and save someone else from being duped. It’s no longer there. No trust in this platform. CB needs to do much more to insure you get what you pay for. Renter beware.

Fantastic Trip

Absolutely lovely trip overall. Every member of the crew was so friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to meet our every request. They really went above and beyond. The boat was also spacious, very clean, and well taken care of. Will be chartering with Gianluca, Capt Andres, and crew next time we are in Sardinia.

Bodrum boat trip

Deniz is a very good communicator and the Yacht was super clean, the food was great and above all we enjoyed the trip so much. I had to change the trip date and Deniz accommodated the change happily.

Easy to work with and thousands of options. Great qpp in general

It was easy to tip the boat you wanted. The prices are not clear on website but a good estimate.
