I love ClickUp for my work and all of the other teams I work with love it too! We can all manage our projects and Docs the way we want without needing separate tools and it makes it so much easier to collaborate and complete projects faster! 🚀 Also ClickUps AI is game changing and so affordable! Way more helpful than other tools AI

The iPad app is impossible to use… not straight forward and none of the support pages are specific to this app (rendering it useless).

The concept is better than all other task management platforms right now, but the app is glitchy and stalling productivity. I just switched from a major competitor and use the app to copy/paste into other platforms for marketing. The description area of tasks do not play well on mobile which is unfortunate since it’s a key feature needed.

It’s hard to believe this is even made by the same company as the desktop app. The app NEVER connects to its servers, which always leads to a constant “Rate Limit Reached” warning which prevents you from doing even the most BASIC thing such as creating new tasks. This is a task app that can’t even successfully let you write down tasks! It also isn’t smooth or fluid, doesn’t communicate to the desktop app sometimes, and is just a terrible mobile app. This alone is enough to switch to another platform.

I have been using ClickUp for just 1 week and I feel like I can work with this for another 10 years. I have been researching and I suddenly came across a problem which is ClickUp doesn’t have a 2-way sync with iCloud Calendar which made me really annoyed. As a big Apple user, ClickUp should add a 2-way sync with iCloud Calendar, not only Google Calendar. ClickUp deserves a 5 star review if only they add this feature. Overall, GREAT!! Everyone in the world should know about this app! Highly recommend for busy people that has many things in life to do.

I love ClickUp on desktop. Mobile app is a lot more clunky and slow. Inputting text for tasks doesn’t feel as native and snappy, since it requires you to load another screen to edit. Heavily considering switching to Notion just for a better mobile experience and cleaner UI, but I really don’t want to. Pls help us, ClickUp team

I’ve been receiving notifications for an unknown user in a workspace I am not active in constantly. Ive turned off the hundreds of options available for the notifications, but still receive them. I’ve been reaching out for support for the past couple of days but have gotten terrible responses and help. Industry leader, huh? Not so much. You have issues with basic things like data integrity. Y’all may want to consider a different option, or you may have your workspace blasted to any number of unknown clickup users.

I have used a dozen or so productivity apps over the years trying to find one that has all the functionality that I need. ClickUp is by far the best and hopefully the last app I will ever use. I’m able to track tasks from multiple businesses as well as my personal life in one place. There are tons of customization options to allow it to operate within my own personal workflow. I absolutely love ClickUp. The app itself is phenomenal and the developer’s constant drive to improve the product is uncanny. I can’t say enough about this product. I would recommend to anyone.

The app is horrible on iOS. Too many bugs.
