Simply fantastic. The software is flawless. The flowed so well thought out. Delightfully. Deeply human. Makes work a joy. Fantastic and well thought out ainintegratiojs. Worth every penny.

Why hasn’t ClickUp yet provided the ability to speak text content? This is a basic that is missing on the iOS app! Totally excludes people with dyslexia or who have low vision! Also your should be able to tab through more easily. The UI looks very busy and clunky so why not provide a more simplified view option? Dedicated mobile page views that you can customise would be really helpful. Also, make the AI available on mobile. No use it just being on the desktop version….

I couldn’t work anywhere near as effectively or efficiently as I do without this app! I have used it since 1.0, now on version 3.0 it’s come on in leaps and bounds. It’s fast, effective, well-featured and I’m now in the category of ‘app super fan’! Would highly recommend above all others (and I’ve tried a lot of them!)

UPDATE: Following up my earlier review, ClickUp continues to surprise and delight. The UI allows so much more flexibility than other apps, and can be customised to allow greater visibility when managing multiple projects. Anyone who is part of App Development knows how difficult it is to provide ‘simple’ solutions. ClickUp is pretty much the only Project Management app you will need. If you are a sole developer, or even just a hobbyist, ClickUp is one app you need to try out. You won’t be disappointed! (PS: I don’t work for ClickUp, but I sure wish I did!) ORIGINAL: As a developer, much of my own work has centred on using Xcode and Excel to log issues. This became cumbersome when working either alone as part of an external team, or more lately because of multiple titles in the App Store. ClickUp is actually far more flexible than almost all of the other apps of similar use. It has an app for iPad and iPhone, and you use the web app for the Mac. I came to ClickUp as its main competitor simply stopped supporting the Mac version of their app. It was obviously time for a step change to my workflow and ClickUp ticked nearly every box. For free it gives even lone developers a huge “lift” to basic requirements. Very easy to use and it syncs seamlessly to every device. Great!

Guys. It’s 2024. You’re spamming me with email at ridiculous levels that would turn any customer off. What makes it worse is your unsubscribe process is difficult and not intuitive. I’ve spent 5 minutes looking for it and I still can’t find it. The link on the email takes me to the app dashboard…then where? This is illegal in the UK.

I have recently moved over from Todoist to ClickUp because it offers great flexibility which aligns better with my needs. I am also planning to use this as my primary calendar app, but it really could do with one minor improvement to really tick the box for me. One of the things I love on the desktop app is the ability to colour tasks in the calendar view using the custom dropdown field. It seems in mobile that it is restricted just to status. If this could be adapted to match the calendar in desktop so I can view my day more visually this would get a 4 star. 5 star would be a little more work to get the overall UX a little smoother and the UI easier to visualise. Overall ClickUp really is a great tool, the desktop version is fantastic. Looking forward to seeing the mobile app reach the same level.
