Disappearing projects
An update today 29/09/2024. I managed to finally download all the projects. Then…. WTH! Where have all my projects gone? I was looking at some and editing. Half an hour later right before my eyes they just vanished! On three devices… iPhones and iPad. Where are they and how do I get them back? I have years of work in them. This is just now acceptable! I tell ya I am fuming. All my work gone. Nowhere to be seen. WHY?
The app is quite good when it works. The biggest problem with the app is the regular problem of the app having not being able to download the projects. You see the thumbnail and tile but you can’t get it. You get an error says that the app is not able to download the file. Try again later. Why? Please fix it. I have dozens of videos that are stuck in the cloud (iCloud I presume) somewhere and I can’t access them or download them. Really annoying because I can’t redo the videos. Come on Apple! Please correct this. This app has the potential to be really good, fun and useful. Because of this download error I am now forced to use something else. Maybe just simply the iPhone default video because I tired and scared of loosing my work. Please fix it Apple. You guys are doing yourselves a disservice especially it’s your app using your platforms. Why not store the videos in iCloud somewhere where they are accessible in case of this type of problem. At least we could get the videos then. We all expect so much better of Apple.

It keeps deleting weeks and years of work I have been doing i do not recommend but I have a way I can keep them all you have to save them to photos and you can delete the pictures for them

allow original audio to be imported with the video don’t mute!!! remove the limitation of music > to import my music > the one i create , or allow import of audio from
third parties, it’s useless and limited otherwise

This app irritates me. I used to make to make movies with my friends when I was young, now thanks to this app all my hard work is gone 😡👎I am enraged by this and I think this app needs to sort itself out! This is unacceptable and I am furious about this, those childhood memories are now gone thanks to this, ONLY DOWNLOAD IF YOU WANT YOUR MOVIES DELETED!! I would give this dreadful app zero stars but unfortunately I can’t so one will have to do. 😠

This app is a disgrace.we had movies from when we were kids and now they are gone and we didn’t delete them they delete by themselves 🤬 I’m outraged by this. Clips sort yourself out!!!!!! I’ve given this app a one star because it’s an app I would recommend if you wanted your hard work deleted. Absolutely disgraceful!!! 👎

I love using clips when bored and when I need some entertainment. I love editing and making funny videos on it and sharing with my friends! I can also add music to the vids which make it really enjoyable! I think that the app is worth it! 😊
