Does not work
This is useless it only backed up 24 of my photos (I have over 4000 and videos) and you can not back up anything else. Do not buy it.

Update!
Really struggling with this update my phone just won’t allow me back into the app which is causing me issues, was so easy before just pushing a button, went into store today to be told my iphone is broken (its not) I really wish they could look into why this has happened, i pay £60 a year and i’m so disappointed with it and currys! Spoken to it help but they couldn’t help either, right now i would not recommend this.

What’s planned for the next update? I’ve used this app for two years and I like the way it backups my data. On the next update please could you include copy/move files to different folders. It would help me a lot. Thank you. The app now backs up every photo and video I have synced using iTunes. I thought it was photos/videos in the camera roll only. Now can’t back up files due to no wifi. My wifi is correctly set up. Thanks for app update. Is there a way to include folder creation ? 13/8/24 - When I logged into the app to back my data up, it took me to the Cloud app in Settings! Why ?
Poor update strategy
Hasn’t worked on my iPhone 11 Pro for months since a previous iOS update. Unless there is regular monitoring of operating system updates to check the app still works it’s not worth the subscription
Keeps crashing
Have been very happy with this app but it now keeps crashing on my old IPhone 8 Plus. Any solution?? Regards Peter
Not working on iphone
Been using this app for many years and have found it good. Now it just opens and then closes. Phone is up to date on software and cant see an update on the app. Unable to use on Iphone ☹️
Struggles with edit iPhone Videos
Not sure if it’s me but I notice that any iPhone video that’s been edited is backed up in the Video Folder for my mobile but the data file is actually a jpg. Trying to work out if Reverting the original file prompts a revised backup. Otherwise 5*
NOT WORKING. DOES NOT LOAD
Didn’t realise there was May update but nothing has backed up since May. When will it be fixed!!!
