Great when it works, but won’t stay connected and schedules disappear randomly. Have to be added back from scratch. Kinda defeats the purpose.

The 6 plugs I have randomly disconnect from the network ..I have three other brands of plugs that never fall off. To reconnect requires the plug being disconnected from the wall plug and plugged in then they come back online for a questionable amount of time until they drop off again. The network is a new high capacity 3 hub mesh router which can accommodate 200 online devices simultaneously currently at 51 online devices. There is also no option to turn on at dusk then off at a preset time…the only option is dusk to dawn which doesn’t work for me. ☹️

Great product works as said

Major issues with this app. I have reported them for months and they don’t reply or fix. App fails to save schedules and shows on when the device is off. Been like this for months.

At first it worked fine but now it shows that devices are always on even when they aren’t. If you delete the app and reinstall it, the same thing. I’m close getting rid of these plugs and trying another company.

Easy to install. Was done in just a couple minutes.

I've been using the schedule to control my refrigerator. Works like a charm. Only thing needed is a notification if the smart plug is disconnected from the internet. Unable to get the widgets to work on my iphone 16 pro.
