I really like this product. I like how you can change the color of the lights but there is a small issue. Everytime I turn a light(s) on I always get bad internet. Please fix this! But other than that I love this product so much.

The lights will loose the connection to the Wi-Fi even though the wireless router is sitting within 6 feet. I know the router is reliable because we stream games that my kids never complain of their game messing up. Then when we have to reset or reconnect the lights, the connection will time out— sometimes it is the first light of six that times out. Sometimes it is the second, third, or so forth. Also, I can’t for the life of me, I can’t figure out how to configure the Tap and Run Automation feature. It would be great to be able to set an early morning soft lighting then it gets brighter with the day and gets soft at night again — you have the Rhythm feature but it is only on individual lights — Rhythm should be able to be set on a group of lights (I set up a group with six lights). And while you are at it, anything you can set for an individual light should be something you can do for a group for easier management.

Is there an iPad version for this app? Not the iPhone display on an iPad.

I hate that in some areas changing the whiteness color is dragging your finger with no number and other areas it has a number because it makes it difficult to sync all the lights to the same whiteness color. Please put the number value everywhere so we can see what number we are setting it to.

I have 12 gimbal lights. They seem to work fine but this app is garbage. CloudyBay should hire the UI designer from Philips Hue and use their interface as it is intuitive and entertaining to use. Trying to get anything good out of this app is laborious and if you have 12 of these things it’ll prob take 15 minutes to try and create a groovy or even dimmer scene. Please fix this app/firmware of these lights otherwise I’m sending them back!

The app is fine other than not making it super easy or specific to set certain schedules and to know what I’m doing. I’m really writing the review about the actually smart gimbal lights themselves. They’re offline every single day. They Can’t keep a dang connection. Super irritating. When they do work, it’s 5 stars, but they don’t work about 75% of the time when I want them to.

Wish I could give this a good review but almost none of the features work as advertised. Even when you save settings the lights do not consistently pick up the commands. The documentation is also week. It was a mistake to purchase this and the product is not as advertised and the app is worse.

Power on behavior is set to a custom white and every time I turn on the light it starts off as my custom setting and then within a few minutes changes back to bright white default

DONT BUY Not worth the headache over and over having to reconnect the lights to the Wi-Fi needing your gps location to turn lights on and off yeah right they’re doing to sell information although I do have I’m looking to replace for better

I have 8 downlights in my living room and they're great! However, Some of them doesn't connect to the app or I can't control them. Please fix this bug!
