Can’t even look for the flights even if you search the flight it doesn’t let you shop. Worst app

The app is actually painful to use. Lots of going around in circles. If you can manage to put up with it, the click & collect service is very handy!

Unable to login, cannot get support anywhere, serves absolutely no purpose. Website is just as bad, constantly going round in circles telling me to register, when I have registered and have an account 🤬🤬

This app persistently seeks location tracking, even when not in use. Denying this access hinders proper functionality, and the reminders to enable it come across as passive-aggressive. The app's insistence on continuous location monitoring seems unnecessary, especially for a "duty-free" application. The suspicion arises that it might be collecting and selling user data. Additionally, the constant background operation and GPS connections contribute to significant battery drain. I recommend cautious use, and if needed, refrain from granting continuous location access.

Cannot reserve online as it throws the error. The app doesn’t allow to reserve and collect.

The app is confusing, you get emailed a lot with offers that aren’t forthcoming and if you follow up with customer support they ignore you

I wanted this App to work, but it just doesn’t, all Airports in the UK apparently don’t have Reserve & Collect!!! Really, because they did before this terrible app was updated. Come on guys, get this app working
