I do a lot of road trips and have a Club Car Wash account. I wanted to use the app to help locate car washes along my routes and manage my account. I’ve tried multiple emails to try to login/sign up. Nothing works. I called and the service rep was like…”why would you want to use the app anyway?” Well, I do want to use it, but wanting and doing are two very different things. I can’t log in. I can’t sign up. I never get the confirmation code. Customer service is useless. If I had a choice for another car wash company, I’d take it. My feelings are…make it work or take it down!

If I could give this app a zero rating, I would. Absolutely worthless.

This App used to work and now it is not
APP issues
I get the customer not found also. Great car wash but not ran so well. Sprinkles watering the street and vacuum area. Nice new set of water spots after cleaning the truck.
App is completely broken
This app should not be on the app store as it is impossible to sign in or use.
Why Bother?
Took forever to finally login, but you really can’t do anything, it’s slow and glitchy. When you search for locations a US map comes up and starts to zoom in and the crashes.
Come on Club Carwash, you have a great business model, spend a few bucks and fix your app!!

App is CRAP!
The app is crap, I’ve been using the same card for months and for some reason this month it didn’t run my card. I’ve tried getting on the app to check on my account with no luck and I’ve also attempted it through the website. For them owning so many Club Car Washes you’d think they’d have it together! Very disappointing!
