The previous app was much more user friendly. This one you can barely find your box location if at all. Rarely works or lets you sign in. Proof that anything out of Canada is TRASH.

This app has never worked fully since downloaded four months ago

System crashes. Slow loading with good signal. Does not give locations too many errors screens due to slow loading data. Please fix it!!!!

What’s the point of this app is 80% of the time it’s not working .. rather use ssk at this point ..

I can’t create a visit for some odd reason. The + sign is not luminated so I can start a visit. Now I’m in a long line for nothing. Stupid app 🤦🏾‍♂️

Why they change to this weak app? Idk It doesn’t work at all for me and the railyard has the nerve to have most of the lanes as for the fast pass. The app works when it wants to. It’s very inconvenient for truckers hands down. Please fix this asap!

enytime i go there will be always a error that is going to make you waiting for 20 min for no reason..there system is the worst

What’s the point of using the app if it doesn’t work!!

New CN app is no good 2 thumbs down we are not able to search up a location! And doesn’t show location to unit that I’m picking up and doesn’t show if it’s on the train either BRING BACK THE OLD APP!
