disaster ! Please don’t waste money ... I bought a VIP voucher for 589 aed from cobone for Dubai desert safari . The voucher was suppose to be redeemed at Orion tourism .. it’s all waste . I tried calling the company first week no luck . Finally next week I am able to connect and book the date . I was picked at 3:15 pm from house and dropped by the driver at the safari point . The dune bashing for exactly for 10 minutes and with no thrill . I asked the driver that it was promised for 15 minutes and pat reply 15 minutes over . Felt cheated but I didn’t have any other option to go by his watch . After dune bashing , the driver met me and said that there is nothing in your package except this camel ride . Please make a note that in the voucher following thing are mentioned : Camel ride - Sandboarding - Henna painting - Photos in traditional costumes Dance floor The rest of the things what are promised like Dune bashing in Dubai - Camel ride - Photos in traditional costumes - Welcome tea - Arabic Ghawa - Dates - Barbecue dinner with vegetarian and non- vegetarian options - Free-flowing water and soft drinks - Dance floor - Music system You have to be in the queue and if your a family you all need to be jostle around in the huge crowd . There is no specific place as promised by the company , the seating if first come first serve basis for dance show . Over all it’s not recommended for families and Cobone is equally at fault by hosting these kind of unprofessional organisations at their platform . Deleting the app today itself .

Registration require OTP, but I never got the OTP to be able to register. Contacted support on WhatsApp but it was useless. A broken system

مااستفدت منه ولاشي يعطيني مناطق ماهي ضمن مناطق سكني

من تجرّبه شخصيا شريت قسميه ورحت الفندق وحصلت الفندق فل وتواصلت مع التطبيق رفض يرجع المبلغ ولازالت المشكله بينا قائمه انصح بعدم التعامل معهم حيث لايوجد تنسيق بين الفندق والتطبيق تشتري تبلش وتضيع فلوسك

Be careful and do not buy anything using this app. First, i tried to use but i went to the hotel to check the price upon entering and it turned out that the hotel is already making a discount. My second experience is that I bought 7 coupons for me and my family via the app but it was very hard to get in touch with the hotel as they do not pick up my call. I went to the hotel with my family and they refused to let us get in as it was full and it requires booking ahead of time. I talked to cobon team to return back my money and they refused to return it and every time they gave me a different answer and eventually they closed my ticket. Unfortunately this not a Saudi app otherwise my money wouldn’t be stollen but it’s a lesson for me.

للأسف التطبيق يعتمد على الخداع و شراء الكوبون لا يعني انه يوجد حجز في المكان ، اشتريت كوبون و لم اجد حجز في الفندق للبوفيه المفتوح و لم استطع استرجاع قيمة الكوبون. بالاضافه إلى ذلك تم الحجز المباشر من فندق آخر و بعد مقارنه الاسعار وجدت ان الحجز المباشر من لفندق ارخص سعر من التطبيق
