The app is okay so far, but could improve with its UI, and also sometimes buggy and the balance will indicate it’s zero

The best portfolio management app!

Could be great, but actually 🤯

Many coins can’t sync (has to be input manually), can’t CSV from the iphone, and desktop/ web account doesn’t sync with iPhone app well. So actually a bit sucky! Random lockouts, wipes my account many times. And zero customer support- don’t bother emailing them cos youll get 0% replies. When I login via desktop ...my internet privacy alert me ....”coinstats wants to connect to my Facebook, google and Amazon services”? 😨🤷🏻‍♂️ why? So I guess it’s pawning your valuable data. Notifications alerts looks good but “low” is too low- I was down 30% on the day and still no notifications Medium notifications is not enough And high is high Needs more customer support to be any good

Great UI and very useful

This is one of the best crypto apps out there. Very useful and great user interface. I just use this app as my daily medium to check my portfolio without the risks of checking each one separately. Well done.

Improvement that can be added

I hope that the profilings pie chart can have options of colours

data unaccuracy become more and more serious

I dont care it always delay to market around 2mins, but the most important thing is, it often have bugs lead to data unaccuracy. And since I've enable the price alarm function, it always scare me. It's rely rely tragedy. 1star is way higher than it deserve

Doesn’t load any information after the latest fix. Don’t update

Great Potential

A good, if (in some aspects) basic app. The “Altfolio” screen would be much more useful if it had the ability to display the same performance data as the “Favourites” screen, and the “Favourites” screen would be improved by remembering users’ display preferences, eg, I always like to see them displayed with the biggest gainers at the top and losers at the bottom. For me, however, the biggest issue is font size. t my “Altfolio” screen shows coin info crammed into the left-hand side of the screen and the figures crammed into the right-hand side, while the 50% or so of the screen’s width in between is empty. As an old person with not the greatest eyesight, this is not the best. Perhaps this is an Apple issue rather than CS, and perhaps I should not have chosen the iPad Mini. I have the same issue surfing using a 55” monitor fed by a MacMini. Thanks, guys, and best of luck with what could be a killer app ;)
