Coles Mobile Wallet

Since the recent upgrade a lot of customers who were using this app can no longer do so. It says it supports devices with IOS9 and above but it doesn’t. If you are sub iPhone 5s or 5th gen iPad forget it. You will find Coles don’t care about you and if you want to keep using the app you will need to take your Coles MasterCard and buy an expensive new phone or iPad. No excuses Coles you just don’t care about your customers do you.

It was hopeless a year ago and it’s even worse now. It’s the worst app on my phone. Crashes constantly.

Absolutely shocking app. Can’t use it half the time. Logs me out and now blocked and have to call them. Worst decision getting this credit card

App is very Bad. I have called and emailed multiple times about it not accepting Australian BSB and each time they claim they had no idea this fault existed (which is a lie give the comments I now see here from other people). Paying your card is not easy and you can’t use the app! (Direct debit on site never works! Be carful!) you have to pay by bpay which takes several days to clear! Statements say they are available but they won’t load in app. I can’t believe I paid for the card

I have a loan and card with cfs it never has due dates and correct amounts due you have to refer to bank statements on pc

Useless app. We all have multiple devices these days. Change this limitation. It’s crazy!! Don’t tell me it’s a “security” reason. We both know that’s BS.

Would it be possible to a filter on the transaction page that limits the list of items to just the current billing period. Or if that’s to hard the last 4 weeks or a specified period of time.

It is most trying because after scanning and input of card details, it cant even help to change password or send a link.

Stupid cheap app won’t valid any BSB when paying card. Going to cancel their credit card just because of it now.

Can’t login, and no real reason, just try again soon. Tried last 3 days. Application was a nightmare process - poor IT and very poor processes. Recommend to avoid them
