Crashed instantly on iOS 16. Developer needs to update this app

Two days back I upgraded my IPhone 13 Pro to IOS 16. After the upgrade I am unable to open up Coles Wallet app. It crashes straight after I click on Coles icon. Can you please have a look into this?

Issues too numerous to list. Adding Flybuys info consistently doesn’t seem to work, changing card PIN appears to fail, so I don’t know if it worked... everything I try to do in this app seems to fail halfway through the process, displaying inconsistent messaging. Very confusing a frustrating!

They claim that we can see multiple cards now. The only huge issue is that paid my card on 9th March. I can’t see that payment unless I scroll all the way down to load more transactions and then scroll up to 9th March. Then I see my payment. If I scroll all the way up to refresh the view once again my 9th March payment disappears. Seriously this app was developed by an amateur!

The app always can’t let me login. It always remind me wrong password and the block my account directly. And I have to call the customer service all the time.

FIX IT - I need it TODAY!

Its always wrong never updates properly ! Not even the app the whole coles bank card is terrible confuses you so much! They keep deducting then returning the money then asking to pay again… absolutely worst!!

Cannot get past login screen

1 star because you can’t give 0 Most useless banking app there is. Should be embarrassed and ashamed that this was the best you could come up with.

App hasn’t worked for days. Coles deleted my profile and told me to register again. After dough that I get as far as being asked to enter a new pin. Once I’ve done that it says - something went wrong try again. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve tried and how many times I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app.
