Extremely poor ui. Buggy app, doesn’t allow one to raise notice period request. Then there is their Support team / property manager , promised and assured me to raise the same from backend. Forgot and reneged on his words. Urge you to stay away from colive, they dont intend to return the security deposit. Management please do something ur bad review list is increasing

Staying in colive for almost a year, by far the best PG in the near location and had a great experience with the facilities and maintenance. Supporting staff and property manager.

They will not give you your security back. Better to choose any other PG but never ever choose any pg from colive, thousands of your money go waste.

Please don’t trust them , customer support will be very worst and they won’t pick your call after you vacate and they won’t give your advance amount. No one will respond to you. They are fraudsters and food will be very worst. Request ID is SR288835 and its resolved without any resolution.

I recently endured a two-month-long stay at Colive Athens, and I must say it was nothing short of a living nightmare. From the very beginning, this place showed signs of trouble. The shining promise of getting my deposit back has turned into an ongoing battle to even get a response from the unresponsive staff. The most significant issue that plagued my experience at Colive Athens was their failure to refund my deposit amount. It's been weeks since I vacated the apartment, and despite numerous attempts to contact the management, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or update about my refund. It seems like they are more than happy to collect the deposit but conveniently disappear when it's time to give it back. The manager at Colive Athens was absolutely useless, to say the least. In fact, "useless" would be an understatement. They demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and seemed utterly disinterested in addressing residents' concerns. I attempted to seek assistance regarding various maintenance issues, but it was like talking to a brick wall. The manager's indifference only added to the frustration and discomfort of living in this place. Moreover, the overall condition of the colive apartment was far from satisfactory. Maintenance problems were a constant issue throughout my stay. From plumbing issues to faulty electrical fittings, it was evident that the management had little regard for the residents' living conditions. They appeared to be more focused on attracting new tenants than ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of existing ones. My Request Id is Sr311207.

Colive was once a brand where they used to take care of the tenants and whatsoever they promised they delivered. But now covid has been the worst Pg to live in Bangalore. Better to take a single room or move to Zolo or Stanza living as you are not going to get proper food. The food will have cockroaches, mosquitos. And the more you complain the more they will care less.

Please don’t use this app it’s fraud , simply they take your money will not respond to your calls or msgs . There is not refund policy , they won’t do the bookings as well. Simply take your money and nothing happens . Sales people are are worst .

Worst people I ever came across. They are fraud. If you love your hard earned money and mental health you will likely stay away from them. I had the most horrible experience of my life.
