Never book your stay with them, they are the biggest scammers in the world of real estate business. U will never get the deposit returned and even if it comes, their cheque will bounce back. You will also have a lot of issues with your stay and it would be like a CHEAP BROTHEL KINDA ROOM with BROTHEL LIKE SERVICES

I had a terrible experience at this PG. The food quality was absolutely awful – stale, tasteless, and not fit to eat. It felt like a complete waste of money, and the services provided were far below expectations. To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude and lacked basic manners to communicate respectfully. Instead of addressing concerns, they were dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this PG to anyone. Poor management, terrible food, and unhelpful staff make it a regrettable choice. Save your money and look for better options!

Worst place to live. Never expect that your deposit will be returned. Even if u raise request regarding that ,ur issue will never get resolved. They will deduct whole amount from deposit. If u ask how they calculated they’ll something something but will not return any deposit.

They are just here to loot your money. Every month , you will get atleast 5000₹ extra as due for the services you didn’t use or didn’t even knew existed. You can easily get a proper 1 BHK apartment elsewhere and leave peacefully. Also they will increase rent evey once in a while without any reason.

Pathetic service provider. They charge 13k a month and food quality is too bad that not even once you will be able to take food from there. Wifi is with additional charges. Customer support never answer the calls. Now a days they have started charging for water tankers as well. If you have any concerns regarding your invoice no one will entertain your query and the moment you don’t pay rent till 3rd they start charging heavy penalty. They are not even bothered about their services.

I live in Colive’s orange and had to juggle to degrade and upgrade my room shifting often ! And trust me i had numerous queries and help requests Mr. Vikram at the Marathahalli office has helped me continuously. And has helped me through the process . Respectful and was reachable at any time for any help regarding the situation at staying . I thank Him personally for putting up with my never ending queries and patiently reply to them and immediately sorting them . I would recommend the stay to all my circle . Thankyou Colive team .

Even after raising and serving notice period, they don’t give your deposits money. They give 100 of reason to scam your deposite money. Poor service and High charges. I would recommend never go to Colive.

Worst place to live It’s a big scam. They all are frauds and food us very unhygienic. No cleanness is there. Everything is so unhygienic and dirty.
